Flooding can occur at the Island Campground. Normally in the spring and with at least 10 days warning. Campsite equipment and trailers must be mobile to avoid damage during these high water periods. The in-road floods at the NOAA standard of 13 feet, the office at 11 feet, and the highest point in the campground is 18 feet.
